If you order live plants, we take extra care to package them securely. We avoid dispatching plants on Fridays or over public holidays to ensure they do not remain in transit for extended periods.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at leafyspudsgarden@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include photos of the packaging and damaged items to help us resolve the issue swiftly.

Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
